Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup ketchup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Press into a lightly greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
