Ingredients
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 1/4 cup gluten flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, rehydrated
Directions
- Mix ingredients in food processor.
- Add cold water until a dough ball forms.
- Divide dough into 5-7 small balls.
- Roll each flat with rolling pin.
- Fry in un-greased pan for about 1 minute per side.
Makes 6 tortillas.
