Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Thai green curry paste
- 3 tbsp. coconut cream
- 1 tbsp. fresh, chopped cilantro
- 12 lamb cutlets
Directions
- Trim excess fat and gristle from the lamb.
- Combine curry paste, coconut cream, and cilantro.
- Spoon generously over the cutlets and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Preheat grill pan to medium high heat.
- Place cutlets on grill and cook for 3 minutes each side, or to your preference.
