Ingredients
- 400 g. pork meat
- 1/2 cup buckwheat
- 1 1/5 cups water
- 1 medium carrot, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 6-8 tbsp. tomato paste
- wheat flour
- turmeric
- chili powder
- 3 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
- chopped parsley
- 3 - 4 bay leaves
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Cut the pork into small pieces and dust with flour.
- Heat the frying pan on medium-high, add oil, and fry the pork and onion for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Add water, all remaining ingredients, and spices to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- Once the water is boiling cover the pan, reduce heat to low, and stew for about 25 minutes.
Serves 2.
