Ingredients
- 7 oz. can salmon
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 boiled potatoes, mashed
- breadcrumbs
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, adding a little salmon juice and form into patties.
- Cover patties with breadcrumbs, leave in a cool place overnight.
- Bake in a shallow dish at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Makes 10 - 12 cakes.
