Ingredients
- 1 lb. cod fillets
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 8 - 10 crushed crackers
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. sweet basil
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
Directions
- Dip fillets in egg and milk beated together.
- Combine remaining ingredients and coat fillets with mixture.
- Fry fillets in oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
