Ingredients
- 1 lb. sole, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb. baby shrimp
- 6 oz. orange juice
- grated Parmesan cheese to garnish
Directions
- Place half the sole in a greased baking dish. Cover with half the sour cream, green onion, and all of the shrimp.
- Repeat layers of sole, sour cream, and green onion. Pour orange juice over all and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
