Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked salmon
- 1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. dry dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
- 4 tbsp. flour
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except flour in a bowl and shape into patties.
- Coat well with flour.
- Fry, turning once, until crisp and golden.
Makes 8 large patties.
