Ingredients
- 15 oz. can salmon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 2 - 3 chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
Directions
- Drain salmon, remove bones, and break into small pieces.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pack lightly into a buttered baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
