Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- pinch celery salt
- pinch dry mustard
- pinch paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 large tin tuna
Directions
- Melt butter, blend in flour, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Slowly blend in milk and seasonings. Add cheese and cook, stirring, until thick and smooth. Remove from heat.
- Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender.
- In a casserole dish, mix together vegetables, macaroni, cheese sauce, and tuna.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
