Ingredients
- 2 - 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- butter
- Parmesan cheese
- rosemary
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat a frying pan on medium, add butter, salt, and potatoes. Fry for 20 minutes, stirring to ensure they are evenly cooked.
- About 3-5 minutes before the potatoes are done, add rosemary leaves and stir.
- Remove potatoes from pan and serve with shredded Parmesan freshly ground pepper.
